Welcome to PingMeDoc. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by PingMeDoc Healthtech Pvt Ltd ("PingMeDoc," "we," "us," or "our") on our platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
1.Working Hours

Our services are available from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM IST (Monday to Saturday) and 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM IST (Sunday).

Orders placed outside these hours will be processed during the next available working slot.

Standard Orders are typically addressed within 120 minutes of submission during working hours.

Priority Orders are processed within 30 minutes of submission during working hours.
2. Service Scope and Availability

PingMeDoc provides online medical consultations, certificate issuance, and related healthcare services. Our services include, but are not limited to, the issuance of medical and fitness certificates, prescriptions, and diagnostic recommendations.

Services are only available to users aged 18 and above. Minors can access our services only through a parent or legal guardian.
3. Registration and Data Usage

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering or filling out forms on our platform. This includes health-related information, which will be used for providing healthcare recommendations and issuing certificates.

By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal and health-related data as per our Privacy Policy.
4. Certificate Issuance

PingMeDoc issues medical and fitness certificates that comply with the National Medical Commission (NMC) Guidelines.

Certificates will reflect the date of form submission and may include the doctor’s letterhead, digital signature, and seal.

Important: We cannot specify a physical location on the certificate as our services are conducted entirely online.

For verification, the doctor's email address is provided. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the document format meets their organization’s or institution’s requirements.
5. Consultation and Document Release

Once payment is completed, an online consultation will be conducted by the assigned doctor.

Based on the consultation, the doctor will issue the document (certificate or prescription) as deemed appropriate.

Diagnosis, treatment, and duration of the certificate are at the discretion of the consulting doctor.
6. Certificate Format and Customization

All certificates issued by PingMeDoc follow a standard format as per NMC guidelines.

Customization requests for certificates are not entertained. If a user requires a custom format, they may contact us at care@pingmedoc.com for further assistance.
7. Data Privacy and User Rights

We collect submission IP addresses and, in some cases, location data. This information is used for security purposes and to ensure data integrity.

If users have opted-in to receive marketing communications, only the name, email, and phone number will be used for these purposes.

Health-related information is stored securely and used strictly for consultation and certificate issuance purposes, in compliance with the NMC Act.

Data Modification: Once a form is submitted, it cannot be edited. Users may not request deletion of health-related data after the certificate or prescription has been issued, as it is retained to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
8. Doctor Consultations and Verification

All consultations for medical certificates are conducted exclusively with the patient. We do not allow intermediaries to participate in these sessions.

The credentials of doctors associated with PingMeDoc can be verified through the National Medical Registrar. We do not disclose personal or qualification details of our partner doctors to prevent misuse.
9. Liability and Certification

PingMeDoc serves as a facilitator between patients and certified medical professionals. The platform is not involved directly in the medical certification process.

The acceptance or rejection of medical certificates by external organizations is beyond our control and liability.

Issuance of medical certificates, prescriptions, and the duration of validity are at the sole discretion of the consulting doctor.

Convenience Charge: In cases where a certificate is not issued or is canceled, a convenience charge of Rs. 199/- will be levied on refunds for refundable documents.

No Refunds: Non-refundable documents are not eligible for refunds. Refunds, if applicable, will typically take 8-10 working days to process.

10. Use of Information and Disclaimers

The information provided through PingMeDoc is intended for general informational purposes and does not substitute professional medical advice. Users should consult with their primary healthcare provider for specific medical conditions.

Users are reminded that certificates issued by PingMeDoc should not be used for medico-legal purposes.
12. Limitation of Liability

PingMeDoc is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services.

PingMeDoc’s liability is limited to the fees paid by the user for the specific service rendered.
11. Compliance with Regulations

PingMeDoc adheres to all applicable regulations, including the NMC Act, and ensures that all certificates and prescriptions are issued in compliance with these guidelines.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they provide truthful and accurate information during the consultation process.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamilnadu, India.
