We strive to offer high-quality healthcare services, including online consultations, medical certificates, and prescriptions. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
1. Scope of the Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by PingMeDoc, including but not limited to:

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided under the following conditions:

Certificate Not Issued: If a certificate is not issued due to the patient's ineligibility or a doctor’s discretion, a refund minus a convenience fee of Rs. 199/- will be provided.

Service Cancellation: If a service is canceled by PingMeDoc before consultation or certificate issuance, the user is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

Non-Refundable Services: Certain services are designated as non-refundable. If a service is marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Refund Processing

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 8-10 working days.

The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used by the customer.
4. Convenience Charge
For refundable services, a convenience charge of Rs. 199/- will be levied if a certificate is not issued or is canceled due to patient ineligibility or if the user cancels the request after a consultation has begun.
5. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services, such as consultations where a medical opinion is provided or documents that have already been issued, are non-refundable. Refunds will not be applicable if:

The certificate has already been issued and delivered.

A consultation has been completed and a medical opinion has been provided.

The cancellation request is made after the service has been rendered.
6. Service-Specific Conditions

Medical Certificates: Once a medical certificate is issued and delivered, no refund will be provided. If the certificate is rejected due to reasons outside of PingMeDoc’s control, such as non-compliance with third-party requirements, the service fee is non-refundable.

Consultations: Consultations conducted by a certified medical professional are not eligible for refunds unless canceled before the consultation session begins.

To request a refund, users must contact PingMeDoc through one of the following channels:
